Opening an account from Mexico.
Your account manager sends one document list: certificate of incorporation, register of directors and owners, identity and address for each, proof of business address, a recent bank statement and two or three invoices or contracts that show the trade. Can a Mexican company open a Helm account?
Yes. Helm serves Mexican registered businesses that trade internationally.
Can I pay out to my Mexican bank in pesos?
Pay out in USD to your Mexican bank account; your bank converts to MXN. Holding USD in Helm until you need pesos lets you choose the day.
Do I need a US entity to get US account details?
No. The USD account details are issued to your Mexican company.
