Global Accounts
Account details your buyers already know how to pay.
USD, EUR and GBP accounts in your company's name. Buyers in the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom pay you the way they pay a local supplier.
Your business, paid like a local business.
Buyers pay you in their own country.
A US buyer sends an ACH payment to a US account number. A German buyer sends SEPA to an IBAN. No international wire on their side.
Hold the proceeds in hard currency.
Keep USD, EUR and GBP balances in your Helm account for as long as you choose. Convert when the rate suits you, not when the bank decides.
Share your details in one tap.
Send your account details to a buyer by email or PDF from inside the account, with your company name on every line.
How your Global Accounts work.
Three steps from first call to first payment received.
- 1
Open your account
Your account manager sends one document list. Most accounts are live within days of the first call.
- 2
Share your details
USD, EUR and GBP account details appear in your Accounts tab, ready to put on invoices and send to buyers.
- 3
Get paid and move on
Payments land in your Helm account in your company's name. Hold, convert or pay suppliers from the same screen.
Three currencies, three sets of local details.
Each currency comes with the account details buyers in that region expect, so a payment to you is a domestic payment for them.
- USD: routing number and account number for ACH, Fedwire and SWIFT
- EUR: IBAN and BIC for SEPA and SWIFT
- GBP: sort code and account number for Faster Payments and SWIFT
Every payment matched to a buyer.
Incoming payments show the sender, the rail and the time received. Export statements for your accountant in one click.
- Sender, rail and reference on every line
- Statements by currency, by month, as PDF or CSV
- Balances and payments visible to the people you authorise
What each account receives.
Buyers choose the rail. You see the money land.

Questions and answers.
Are the account details in my company's name?
Yes. The account name on every set of details is your registered company name, so buyers see the business they are paying.
Can I receive from marketplaces and payment platforms?
Yes. Any platform that pays out by ACH, Fedwire, SEPA, Faster Payments or SWIFT can pay into your Helm account details.
Is there a fee to receive money?
Receiving fees are agreed with your account manager before you send, and shown on every incoming payment.
Can I hold the balance without converting?
Yes. Balances stay in the currency received until you choose to convert or pay out.
Where are the funds held?
Funds are held with licensed banking and money transmission partners, named in your account agreement. Helm is a financial technology company, not a bank.
Can I open only a USD account?
Yes. Open the currencies you need. EUR and GBP details can be added later from inside the account.
